SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

If your order fits all authorization criteria and is in stock, then all orders placed Monday – Friday will normally ship within 2 business days (note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days).

 

If you are Pre Ordering product, that product will deliver at the stated time frame within the description of the product.

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS services (based on your selection) and you will receive an email of the shipping confirmation that will include the shipping method and tracking number when your order(s) have been shipped (check spam/junk folders).

Note: if you have had problems with a carrier delivering packages to your address before, you may want to select the alternate carrier for delivery.

USPS (5-7 business days. Rural areas, APO/FPO/PO Box will be delivered by USPS only. Your order will be returned to sender if you attempt to select UPS for PO/APO/FPO delivery)

  • UPS Ground (2-4 days)

  • UPS 2 Day (2 business days from the date shipped)

  • UPS Next Day (1 business day from the date shipped)

Delivery is about 2-7 business days from shipment depending on your location in the country and service selected above. Please note that if you place a Next Day Air or Second Day Air Order after 12Noon, this order will ship the next business day. (Note: Saturday/Sunday are not business days. Next Day/Second Day orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday) Please include this time frame in your needs for expedited shipping. Saturday delivery may not be available based on carrier and is not counted as a delivery day.

We do not ship on holidays. We do ship to PO Boxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from Christopher Rey. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached, within 30 days of purchase or order shipment date. For all returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge.

 

  • Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase date.

  • Please allow up to 10-14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.

 

  • Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.

  • Exchanged item(s) must be received within 30 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.
